Federal Communications Commission has announced the new VRS Tiered Rate is now in effect July 1, 2010 and it will run for one year as a trial. FCC rejected NECA's proposed rate and decided to go ahead with the new VRS rate. What are the old rate, NECA's proposed rate and FCC's new approved rate:

This is Interim means will last one
