This came to my attention that I found this Debt reported that is provided by DebtWire.com and it came to my shock. It shows all reports about the Sorenson’s $735 Million or $1.5 Billion debt, whatever they call it. You can view the debt report by clicking this link:

What this message as quoted by Sorenson: “management said that rates would need to be set above USD $4.90 per minute through the three-year cycle in order for the company to service its debt”. So Sorenson was not being honest to us because they say they want $5.95 flat one tier so they can make some profit from the $4.90 a minute meaning they would be profitable at least $1.05 a minute.

What more you need to know about this crazy debt? This explains why Sorenson was scaring all deaf people so deaf people would depend on Sorenson more to cover THIER debit.

You heard it! Sorenson Communications is asking FCC to cover the $735 Million debt and also they did propose a one flat tier rate of $5.95 for next 5 years. Why?  So they can pay the debt within 5 years and the owners already profit the $180 million.

Why should FCC bailout Sorenson? I will not allow Sorenson to abuse our taxpayers money and FCC is not held respondsbilie for this debt. I know many deaf people out there does not want let this happen.

I would suggest Sorenson management team to come forward and show us the proof and we have the legal right to know what they are spending and why need $735 Million for? If Sorenson cannot cooperate with the deaf community, deaf people all over the america will lose respect to Sorenson. We need facts and truth. We cannot stand anymore lyings or cover ups.

Remember the Sorenson Scare Tactics? It really had a big impact to the deaf community and everyone was scared. Why would Sorenson do such a thing that thinks we are a fools? We are not fools. This video is very good example but it caught my eye. It seems that this video is being created by VRS employees, guess who they are? Sorenson. I have been researching the internet and found many people says it’s proven that these are paid by Sorenson. Why? Biased! It made me sick!

What the heck? Why we need more liars, dishonest, biased, cover-up? We had enough. These hearing people at Sorenson needs to stop misleading the deaf community and let the truth come out. We do not need any more bullcrap. I am aware many deaf people had fed up with Sorenson, why? You should know the answer.

What more you can say? Don’t you think we need to step up and demand Sorenson to tell the truth, the facts and their operating expense that we should be aware of? But the problem is, Sorenson is a private company so we are little stuck. But is there other way we can make them to open their records for us to review?

FCC needs to step in and force Sorenson to spill the beans. We had enough of this false and misleading messages that Sorenson has been sending to the community. We need your help and join and go against Sorenson. Do you agree?

Sorenson owes investors $735 Million, what do you have to say? They are so filthy rich and making good money off on VRS calls? Why? They got almost 5,000 interpreters all over and they generate most minutes than all other VRS providers. At least 100 million minutes a year. The current FCC rate is $6.28 a minute, that equals $628 Million a year just making VRS calls alone. Even you know what? Sorenson’s interpreters pay as much $15 to $25 a hour because they get so much money from FCC.

If you review all FCC public documents all against Sorenson, I bet you 110%, most the filings are all negative because their interpreters are very lousy and unprofessional, even the VP call sucks and unable to connect and many more to say.  Over 5,000 negative reports against Sorenson. Why they have not been solved? FCC didn’t do anything? Sorenson deserve to be fined by FCC for wrongful doing to deaf customers.
